The Devil’s Company by David Liss. Recommended by Terry Fallis

The Recommend:

This book dropped me into the seamy underbelly of London, England, in the year 1722.

I was really there.

A great story, characters you love and hate, and wonderful writing from that period.

I’m just back now, but eager to lose myself in another of this skilled writer’s novels.
